If you are in between sizes, we advise sizing up.

Wearing and Caring for Your Knee Brace

Our knee sleeves are designed to fit snugly, so you get the support you need. Please hand wash the knee brace and let it air dry to maintain its quality. You can wear the brace for up to 8 hours at a time, then take a break for at least 2 hours.
